| | Yoga is the Focus This Fall: Come Join Us The JFit Wellness Center's "Fall Into Yoga" intensive got off to a great start this October, with "Back to the Basics" with Rachel. In November, the theme of the month will be the Foundations of Asana, and Pam will lead these classes, at 6 PM on Wednesdays. Each week a different aspect of Asana will be reviewed; Pam will not only show newcomers and experienced yoga practitioners the way forward, but provide suggestions for books to read or videos you can watch at home to improve your understanding of the practice. This is a fantastic way to bring your yoga or wellness practice into focus, on a weekly basis — something we all could use in the lead up to the busy holiday season. You can sign up at the front desk, or reach out directly to Wellness Director Tom Purcell at TPurcell@UJFT.org |
