| MAGICIAN & AUTHOR AT THE JCC, 3/3 Thursday, MARCH 3, 7:30 PM There's a saying: The door to magic is clsoed, but not locked. Joshua Jay's book, How Magicians Think: And Why Magic Matters reveals the mindset behind the magic‚ what it's like to practice an art that so many love yet so few understand. Neither a how-to book nor a how-do-they-do-it exposé, it's written as a series of short, lively essays. A headliner at Hollywood's Magic Castle and former Wold Champion in Sleight-of-Hand, he consulted on illusions for Game of Thrones. He will perform magic at the JCC during his March 3rd appearance! |
