The Sprint 8 Cardio Challenge is an eight-week cardio challenge that produces radical change for members at any age. Each week, members complete three 20-minute high-intensity interval training cardio workouts scientifically proven to boost energy, reduce body fat and promote lean muscle.
The Sprint 8 program consists of short periods of intense exercise followed by active rest. It is designed to increase your natural human growth hormone (HGH), which has been proven to help cut body fat, tone muscle, boost energy and improve overall speed and endurance. Sprint 8 has been thoroughly tested and proven to reduce body fat by up to 27% in eight weeks.
The program costs JCC members $49 for 8 weeks, starting April 19, 2021. Must register by Thursday, April 15. Participate in a Zoom information session April 15, April 16, or April 17.
Participants receive a free Sprint 8 water bottle, staff support when needed and direct contact with Tom Purcell via in person, phone, or email, literature on the program, and personal log sheet for tracking results. Participants will also be entered in a drawing for a backpack and other fitness items after completing the challenge.
