OK – I gave it away. I’m a (retired) professor. I deal in theories and words. But there IS a definite generation effect. Mine, 1930-46, Depression and war babies. (Very few of us). 1947-1965  Boomers. (Lots)  1965-80 Gen X. (Baby bust) 1981-94 Gen Y. 1995-now GenZ. 

In our conversation we will explore how Yochai and Mishy, early Gen Y, see their world and shape it, compared with us Depression (NOT depressed!) people… Are you part of GenX? Different from it? Professor Shlomo Maital is the Academic Director of TIM-Technion Institute of Management, Israel's leading executive leadership development institute, and a pioneer in action-learning methods. He was a Visiting Professor for 20 years at MIT Sloan School of Management's Management of Technology M.Sc. program, teaching over 1,000 R&D engineers from 40 countries. He is the author, co-author, or editor of 8 books, including Innovation Management (Sage, 2007); Executive Economics (The Free Press), translated into seven languages, and Managing New Product Development & Innovation.
