Join Mark Rotenberg, Hillel International’s Vice President for University Initiatives and General Counsel, for an online conversation about the current climate on university campuses, what Hillel is doing to support the students and administrators, and what the future holds.

Mike Goldsmith, Tidewater’s Secure Community Network (SCN) Regional Security Advisor, will share details of SCN’s work in partnership with Hillel International bolstering campus safety and security programs for Hillel International and its member Hillels.
As Tidewater’s security advisor, liaison, training coordinator and incident response manager, Mike will provide a comprehensive training program designed to prepare participants to improve their situational awareness and increase their safety on campus and beyond.
Israel: A Quick Historical Refresher

Knowing the history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the facts behind Israel’s historic commitment to peace are critical to understanding the region today.
Presented by Ambassador Brad Gordon, who recently retired from AIPAC after twenty-five years as a member of its senior staff, this session will provide a fast-paced history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
