Operation Hamantaschen

Join PJ Library in Tidewater at the Simon Family JCC on March 10^th for a Purim Celebration! Make hamantaschen cookies with friends and family. Operation Hamantaschen will have 3 time slots available (1 PM, 2PM and 3 PM), each lasting an hour.

While we wait for our cookies to bake and cool, join PJ Library in Tidewater in the gym for games, activities, crafts, and more!

This year, for our Mitzvah project we will be creating Mishlochei Manot (gift baskets) that we will share with Tidewater organizations and agencies that have shown the Jewish community and Israel great support, especially since the start of the war in Israel. We ask that every family attending bring something from the list below to the event.

Box of individually wrapped kosher snacks such as Cheez its, pretzels, potato chips, etc.
Bags of kosher mini candy such as Snickers, Hersheys, Milky Ways, etc.
Baskets of all sizes
Ribbon
Tissue paper

Everyone is encouraged to come in costume!
