Join our Moon Circle to welcome Kislev
Monday, December 2
6:30 - 8:00 PM
A Rosh Chodesh gathering to connect more deeply with ourselves, each other and the sacred flow of the Hebrew calendar.
We invite you into a tradition that spans thousands of years: a monthly holiday known as Rosh Chodesh, meaning "head of the month". In the Jewish tradition, each month begins with a new moon, and the Hebrew calendar is the way the Jewish people have kept time for millennia.
Kislev brings with it a special energy, asking us to reach down deep and put a comforting hand on our heart and our desires, so that we can bring them into the light. Now is the time to rekindle our dreams.
Our moon circle provides attendees with creative and meaningful opportunities to connect with the month's theme through guided meditations, art, movement, and journaling - surrounded by others equally seeking new ways to bring Jewish spirituality to their own lives.
This event is FREE, with a suggested donation of $7.
